You authorise iFundCap to collect, verify, use and disclose your information where required to meet these legal and regulatory obligations.

Credit & Finance Authorisations

By submitting an application, you authorise iFundCap to undertake the following where reasonably necessary.

Credit Enquiries

Obtain and use personal and commercial credit information to assess your eligibility for finance.

Credit Reports

Request and review credit reports from credit reporting bodies for application assessment, account management and ongoing review.

Disclosure to Credit Reporting Bodies

Provide information to credit reporting agencies where permitted by law, including information relating to:

• your identity;
• credit applications;
• repayment history;
• defaults;
• serious credit infringements (where applicable); and
• discharge of credit obligations.

Disclosure to Third Parties

You authorise iFundCap to disclose your personal information where reasonably necessary, including to:

• lenders and funding partners;
• finance brokers and referral partners;
• introducers;
• professional advisers;
• technology providers;
• contractors and service providers;
• identity verification providers;
• credit reporting bodies; and
• parties involved in the sale, transfer or restructure of our business.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States or other jurisdictions.

Bank Statement & Open Banking Consent

Where you authorise access to your banking information, you appoint our nominated secure data service provider to access your account information solely for the purposes of:

• assessing your finance application;
• verifying financial information;
• monitoring approved facilities where applicable; and
• ongoing administration of your finance.

You acknowledge that:

• up to six months of transaction history may be collected during your application;
• ongoing account information may be accessed where required during the life of your finance facility;
• your bank may have terms relating to credential sharing; and
• you authorise access through approved secure intermediaries for these purposes.

Identity Verification

You authorise iFundCap to disclose your information to identity verification providers, government verification services or credit reporting agencies for the purpose of confirming your identity.

Alternative verification methods may be available upon request.

Referral Partners & Funding Partners

Where your application has been introduced by a referral partner or broker, or where funding is provided through one of our lending partners, you authorise iFundCap to share relevant information relating to your application or approved finance, including:

• application status;
• loan terms;
• balances;
• repayment history; and
• information reasonably required to administer your finance.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receiving communications from iFundCap electronically, including by:

• email;
• SMS;
• secure online portals; or
• other electronic methods we make available.

These communications may include:

• loan documents;
• disclosures;
• contracts;
• statements;
• notices;
• updates regarding your application; and
• other information relating to your finance.

You acknowledge that:

• documents may be made available electronically for a reasonable period;
• we may notify you when documents become available; and
• you are responsible for ensuring your contact details remain current and for regularly monitoring your nominated email address or mobile number.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting us, provided you nominate an alternative method for receiving documents where required.

Final Acknowledgement

By submitting an enquiry or application through iFundCap, you acknowledge that:

• the information you provide is true and correct to the best of your knowledge;
• you understand how your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed;
• you authorise iFundCap to make enquiries necessary to assess your application and arrange finance;
• you understand that withholding certain consents or information may prevent us from assessing your application or obtaining funding on your behalf; and
• any additional information collected during the application process will also be handled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
